There is a lot here. It is interesting that Democrates seek to tax income, not wealth. There is a big difference because taxing income punishes you for hard work and stops people from becoming wealthy, but it leaves the wealthy 'aristocracy', including most politicians, completely alone. Thus, they can rob from the middle class to help people they don't want to sped their own money to help.
